Erin is an award-winning violinist and conductor who has performed internationally and appeared on NPR and the BBC. A frequent soloist with regional orchestras, she is Professor of Violin at UW–Superior and Concertmaster of the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra. Design your own silk bandana with natural dyes! Over the course of the class, we will discuss the basics of natural dyeing, including fiber selection, natural materials, modifiers, and a few different techniques for making your very own dyed bandana!
Workshop participants do not need any previous dying experience to join, and those with experience will be welcome to contribute their knowledge!
Come prepared with clothes you are ok getting stained.
